These Terms apply to purchases and use of our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

For order processing, shipping, returns, and cancellations, the applicable specific policy controls if it conflicts with these general Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by applicable law.

3. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use this website to commit fraud, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious software, harass others, or interfere with website security.

We may restrict access or refuse service for lawful reasons, subject to applicable law. Restricting website access does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders.

4. Products and Customization

We offer custom footwear, craft supplies, DIY kits, and other products or services described on our website.

Custom items are handmade. Minor variations in embellishment placement and appearance may occur. Colors may also appear different across screens. These variations do not excuse a material difference from the product description or agreed design.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected size, colors, personalization, and other order details before purchasing. Please consult the shoe manufacturer’s size guide or contact us if you need assistance.

If we make an error or supply a defective item, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not automatically change an order already accepted.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Third-party payment and installment services are subject to their providers’ terms. Using an installment service does not change our processing, shipping, return, or cancellation policies.

6. Order Information and Acceptance

Please provide accurate billing information, contact details, shipping information, and customization instructions.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it because of availability, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or another lawful reason, we will notify you and promptly refund payment for any unshipped merchandise we cancel.

We will not substitute a materially different product or change an agreed custom design without your consent.

7. Custom Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

Customer-requested changes and cancellations may be approved before customization begins. Once customization begins, cancellations for a change of mind cannot be accepted.

This restriction does not limit rights concerning shipping delays, defective or incorrect products, non-delivery, or other rights under applicable law.

8. Processing and Shipping

Custom orders typically require 2–4 weeks of processing before shipment, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or agreed with you. Shipping time is additional.

Priority or expedited shipping does not shorten customization time. Rush customization must be arranged separately and is subject to availability.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged solely because of a change of mind or a customer-selected size that does not fit.

This does not exclude remedies for defective items, incorrect products, or other circumstances covered by applicable law.

Eligibility for returns of non-custom products and any applicable return fees are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Product Care and Safety

Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Custom embellishments may require gentle handling and may be damaged by machine washing, soaking, excessive heat, or rough use.

Loose rhinestones and other small craft components can present choking hazards. Keep loose components away from young children and supervise children during craft activities.

Report any product defect or safety concern promptly. These care instructions do not limit rights concerning defective or unsafe products.

11. Classes, Courses, and Digital Products

Descriptions of classes, workshops, coaching, and digital products explain what is included. Any scheduling, access, cancellation, or refund conditions specific to an offering will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless the product description grants additional permission, purchased instructional content is for the purchaser’s personal use. You may use the skills learned in your own craft work or business, but may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share our protected course materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

We do not guarantee particular sales, income, or business results from educational services.

12. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Brands

Original website text, photographs, graphics, and instructional materials owned by UniqueLee Creations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reuse requires permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, UniqueLee Creations is an independent customization business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the footwear brands shown on this website.

13. Reviews and Customer Submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that reviews and other content you submit are truthful and do not violate another person’s rights.

For reviews, photographs, or other content you submit specifically for public display, you grant us a nonexclusive permission to display that content for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your content.

Private customer communications are not automatically treated as permission to publish them.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant submissions. We do not prohibit honest reviews or remove them solely because they are negative.
