Damages and Issues: Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess and address the issue efficiently.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items fall under non-returnable categories, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Regrettably, returns cannot be accommodated for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a swift resolution to get the desired item, we recommend returning the item in question (e.g., rhinestones). Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
